Confused about when to use it – when you are already ill

Concerned that it mentions allergy to asprin, but does not appear to have asprin in it. Knowing that a lot of ‘natural’ products have counterindications when using regular medications (eg heart meds) I am hesitant to use this sort of thing or recommend it to someone else. If I happened to be ill during the course of teh Black Box campaign, I might have tried it, but I’d be sure to have proper medical cold & flu remedy available and would be discussing with a pharmacist.

Coincidently we spent long weekend in queenstown and both came back with terrible colds so we actually got to use this for a real cold. I’m not one for taking pain killers at all so the fact this is more natural was encouraging and gave us the relief needed to get through the night.
