I’m really not sure whether this will support cold relief. A couple of times in the past weeks I have felt a little under the weather and took these and didn’t come down with a cold but hard to link this to the use of the product.

I’m pregnant so I can’t take much. However if this provided quick relief then I would be all for it – I just havent been able to try it yet as haven’t got a cold coming on and neither does my husband.

I’m pregnant so actively avoid products such as this; husband sampled but found it hard to comment or see changes as didn’t feel unwell to start with, and unlikely to see an immediate result. Hard product to sample and comment. I disliked that the packaging looked as though it was a medical/drug product, as opposed to a natural product. I would assume, by looking at the shelf, that this product contained paracetamol or similar.

I’m not sure about this one. I actually had a cold come on after receiving this black box so did get to trial the Ethics natural relief. It possibly relieved symptoms, hard to know. It certainly didn’t take them away or clear nasal passage etc like ‘unnatural’ product might.

Im not a fan of the packaging, it suggests a very pharmaceutical type product, when it actually has a very ‘natural’ ingredient list which I do like. It just feels a bit like the packaging is lying. I initially thought it was something like codral/nurofen/vicks for when you need targeted relief of symptoms, not an all round immune support. Pills are very large too. Has great potential though

I’m just not a fan of supplements. There doesn’t seem to be a load of science backing them up either. I can’t see me buying this in future. I also found the packaging pretty useless – I was confused about the product and don’t think it’s very clear. I thought to start with that it was to take once a cold had arrived and otherwise it really just looks like a pain relief product. I think the packaging needs work!!
