It was unclear to me if this was a support or a treatment, ie cold and flu capsule. there was nothing the packet that indicted you shouldn’t take other medication, ie cold and flu capsules, at the same time as taking these. i found it confusing.

It was too hard to tell the effect it had as I took them when I had a mild cold only. Would like to try again when symptoms are more severe and the relief may be more noticeable
