My problem is the capsule size. I just can not get giant pills down more than once or twice. Like the theory of a natural imune support, but can not swallow big pills more than once or twice before my gag reflex kicks in and prevents me.

My partner and i got confused on what the product is for. The pa kaging is not clear if its a medicine for colds or what. We have to look hard to know that its a supplement. Maybe revamp the packaging to be more clear on what it is. It does not look like a supplement. I looks like a colds medicine. The one that you drink when you are already.
