Only buy these if required. The 10 yr old in our house tried this product as the only one who was unwell. Not sure how much of a difference they made. I would prefer to buy a product like this that is natural and safe for the kids too. I like the night and day pills. Will definitely buy again and recommend if I find them to be good myself.
