Still undecided whether I noticed a difference in myself or not. I actually had quite a bad cold so took the pills. My cold did go away but unsure whether that was to do with the pills or just time to get better. I didn’t feel amazing.

Sorry we don’t buy these types of products, plus I haven’t felt a cold coming on so haven’t used the product. We tend to take vitamin C tablets every morning then if someone gets a cold we take neurofen or other pills like that
