The timing of these were perfect as I already had a cold/flu. As I didn’t take them at the onset of my cold I’m not sure if they were as effective but the Night tablets definitely helped me have better rest. I really like that they were natural.

The size of the pill is little big but not bad in swallowing. It worked effectively when i felt the cold was coming and my throats were sore but after few capsules the pain went away. Will recommend to others as its a natural product.

The packaging was confusing – the way the night ones were in a different sheet, but almost identical in colour to the day ones. Confusing.
