I wasn’t aware it was a health yoghurt brand specifically. Just viewed it as yoghurt like any other. Most yoghurt is ‘healthy’ unless loaded with sugar!

I wasn’t a fan. I didn’t like the flavour and would have preferred plain. THe vanilla didn’t go well and it didn’t taste rich enough and even though I like unsweetened yogurt this one might have been been being a little sweeter because the vanilla didn’t mesh well. I didn’t like the texture much kind of sticky gloopy.

I was surprised by how much I liked this yoghurt. It was the perfect topping for my homemade muesli I eat for breakfast. I may even buy this again in the future to add to my breakfast bowl! It contains a LOT of goodness, a nice variety.
