Nederburg Chardonnay

The winemasters ensemble by nederburg, comprising a top-quality range of varietal offerings, is named to honour the south african winery’s long-established tradition of winemaking excellence. These classically styled, food-friendly wines with abundant fruit flavours, elegance and finesse, treasure the integrity of the grapes in every step of the wine-growing and winemaking journey.

The grapes were sourced from vineyards situated across the western cape. The vines, ranging between 10 and 15 years of age, are situated on mostly south to south-westerly facing slopes. A large portion of the wine was lightly wooded to add complexity.

Refreshing citrus and apricot flavours on the nose and palate with a creamy texture.

Enjoy with camembert and gruyère cheeses, thai dishes, creamy and grilled seafood dishes and other dishes made with nuts, cream or butter.
