Just fabulous. One of the few basil pestos out there that are genuine. The basil flavor just jumps at you. Who doesn’t love basil? I use it not as a dip but as a sauce to enhance anything, especially pasta (save some of the liquid when you boil the pasta). Prise up the flap and there you have it. Readymade sauce! Saves me the at least thirty minutes to an hour of having to whizzing up a sauce for pasta. And the pecorino and cashews! They are a delight. Mmmm! I buy it again and again.
