I have purchased this twice before and I really want to like it as I’ve always purchased Lisa’s hummus and love that one – but the texture in Obela Hummus isn’t right, it’s too smooth, it reminds me of eating pate. The flavour isn’t quite right either, too lemony perhaps, but I think the texture and the pine nuts being a bit soft really let it down. Lisa’s hummus is so much better, and the nuts are packaged seperately so they don’t go soft, very important with hummus!

I got the pine nut and have been to the shops an purchased the jalapeño one and that was a favourite of mine delicious to dip or put in a wrap with salad it offers more flavour then regular hummus
