It’s really good that you are now making them gluten free. They did break quite a bit when eating them, but that sometimes goes with the territory of gluten free stuff. They tasted not too bad either.

It was one of the best gluten free tortillas I have tasted but as we are not a gluten free home I wouldn’t buy it over the regular one . We did have our gluten free friends over for dinner the night we made it and they loved it
