These gluten free wraps were nicer than I thought they were going to be. They fell apart abit which was annoying though.

These gluten free options were way better than we anticipated! The enchiladas were a bit hard to roll (tore apart) and I usually use a tomato based sauce to cover them (not a white cheese sauce) but they turned out fabulous and you wouldn’t know they were gluten free at all. Definitely a hit with us!
