Especially then tortillas, as soon as you put the mixture on them, you have to eat it quick otherwise it disintegrates. Was certainly messy toget them back out of the tray from making enchildas. Tacos not too bad, but still need to be quick

enjoyed the flavour of the enchilda sauce, but didnt like the taste of the gluten free wraps, they tasted like plastic. would buy the normal enchilda kits tho in future.
