I really like the fact the enchilada kit came with the topping sauce other kits I’ve looked at I’ve decided not to buy because you have to make your own topping sauce which means buying extra ingredients

I really appreciated the flexibility of the tortillas as gluten free tortillas aren’t usually very forgiving, even though old el Paso is more expensive it’s definitely worth it for the quality of the product
