I recently converted to Colgate from Red Seal, after I found out that while natural toothpastes freshen your breath they don’t necessarily fight plaque build up and decay. I only went to Colgate because it was a dentist-recommended brand I was familiar with, but I think Oral-B would also be a good option going forward.
