In just 20 minutes, you can create an authentic style curry in 3 simple steps.
1. Coat the chicken with the spices, and fry until sealed.
2. Add the spice paste and sizzle to release the flavour.
3. Stir in the sauce and simmer until cooked.

I’ve marked this down as the suggested serving size is off – for a family of 5 we needed 4 packets & at $6.50 ea + the cost of chicken that’s too expensive. We could’ve ordered takeaway Butter Chicken for that price & not had to cook it.

This was a winner in our house. Everybody loved it. I actually went and bought a second packet as there are six of us and two vegetarians. I did one with chicken and one with potato and chickpea. Added a little water to cook the potato.
