Not so keen once toasted. Went a bit solid and unusual taste.

Still quite high in carbs if doing keto but might be a nice occasional treat. Lovely as a fresh bread, great texture but I didn’t like this toasted, I think it had a great texture fresh and toasted but I didn’t like the taste of the crust or when toasted. It might grow on me over time. Have already bought a second loaf.

Very nice, fresh and light, great for sandwiches and toasts well too, the extra bonus is being low carb as I’m am T1 diabetic and is pretty much half the amount of carb value compared to other similar products
