You cant use it for jam so you end up with 2 loaves of bread and that might go off as we dont eat that much bread

Wow, this was amazing bread, I definitely loved in any way that we used it, I especially loved it with my fried onion, bbq sause, bacon and egg toated sandwich, it just gave it that extra zing and taste to my normal bread
