lovely creamy yoghurt beautiful flavour great with breakfast and some slightly sour fruit to take away a bit of the sweetness. Only need a small amount as this is very sweet but tastes so good if you add some frozen berries to it. I froze some in ice block holders to have instead of an ice cream so yum

+ PROS: creamy rich flavour
- CONS: a bit too sweet unless you add some tart berries or something to tone it down a bit
