I take a B-complex supplement daily as I find B vitamins really help with my overall health. This was my first time taking a concentrated liquid product. Directions say “Take 1 drop under the tongue daily”. The taste was very pleasant and I can’t fault this product at all. There are 900 doses so this is extraordinary value for money! I’d love to see a liquid concentrate that includes a range of B vitamins, similar to the B-complex capsules I take.

I’m really into this product! It’s packaging is great and the instructions are clear. The dropper works well and it is easy to dispense just one drop as instructed. It tastes great! I really enjoy taking this product! I’m really excited that it helps you with brain health, nerve cells and energy as I feel mine could definitely do with some replenishment!
The fact that it has 900 doses in it is awesome! And that it’s $29.90 I think is a great price! So I’m very happy and will be repurchasing!

Kinda hard to tell if it’s working or not since there are so many factors that affect the things that it supports. The other reviews are right though – they do taste good, so even if it doesn’t do everything it claims to, I like the little routine of taking the drops.

Aside from causing confusion for me with another dropper bottle (maybe highlighting the need for this product). This one tastes great and is easy to apply though the taste is very much a personal preference thing, my children generally didn’t like the taste at all.
