I found it easy to take but dropped undiluted it tasted pretty bad and ruined the meal I was taking it with as everything tasted funny afterwards. Probably worth taking diluted with water to avoid this.
+ PROS: A great alternative to swallowing a pill.
NZ made and priced quite well.
- CONS:Tastes fairly average on it's own.
Tarnishes the taste of subsequent things you eat or drink for a short time after taking.

Easy to take, but not a pleasant taste when dropped directly onto the tongue. Anything you eat or drink afterwards for a while tastes off as a result. I would dilute/mix into water to make it more palatable.
+ PROS: Easy to take, especially if you don't like taking pills.
Kiwi made.
Well Priced.
- CONS:Tastes fairly average on it's own.
Tarnishes the taste of subsequent things you eat or drink for a short time after taking.

These were a bit bitter but once put with water were a lot better, a great alternative to tablets for those who cannot take tablets for some reason. Great size bottle.
+ PROS: Good with water
easy to drink
pricing is good
bottle size good
I am a big fan of taking zinc, particularly in the winter months to help with immunity. This was my first time taking a liquid product. Directions said “Take 10 drops daily with meals”, which I take to mean that food should be eaten at the same time to minimise any digestive upset. I squeezed 10 drops directly on to my tongue. What a mistake that was! It was intensely bitter, totally unpalatable, and it took a long time for the bitterness to leave my mouth even after sipping water. I looked online and found directions for other liquid zinc brands that said to mix into a glass of water. I tried this, and it was MUCH more palatable. I think this product would be a good option for people who struggle to take tablets, but I’ll stick with tablets myself.
+ PROS: -Easier for people who can't take tablets
-Kiwi made by a reputable company
-Affordable
- CONS:-Unpalatable for some
-Directions should recommend mixing with water

These drops taste suuuper gross. I’ve tried taking them in so many ways – a drop on the tongue, under the tongue, in water, in juice, with food. Just not into it. I’ve heard that zinc is really good for you but I’d rather take a tablet to be honest.
