Unfortunately the manufacturers directions are wrong. The product needs to be placed in boiling water not warm water.

This wasn’t worth the cost or effort.. It Sounded fabulous but didn’t work at all! I did as the instructions said and I sat it in warm water for 1 min before I used it but I had to squeeze so hard to get the icing through the nozzle that the bag exploded and there was icing everywhere and I had to throw it away..
