Inspired by the rich culinary history of Puglia in the sun-drenched south, this creamy ravioli with smooth Burrata Cheese complements the fire and spice of a classic arrabbiata sauce, wrapped in our paper thin pasta for the taste of an Italian summer. Serves 2 and ready in 4 minutes, drizzle with oil or butter and enjoy!

I was not expecting too much with store bought ravioli. It was delightful, I split this over two meals, one Italian sausage, peas dark gravy and kale, with grated parmesan, and a nice red. The other was a with basil tomato and mozzarella, dotted with a little balsamic. I will be buying the other flavors I saw at the market.
+ PROS: Great texture good amount of filling, good instructions and tasted YUM
- CONS:None

Very tasty plus bonus of being an easy quick meal to prepare
Tasty gourmet fresh pasta. Lovely texture and flavour.
+ PROS: Great flavour and texture. Really well-filled, and almost none leaked.
- CONS:Package size too small and cost too high for our larger family (but good for a shared treat or date night occasionally!). Arrabbiata tasty but not spicy enough.
