A good breakfast product for those on a low-sugar diet. The recommended serving size of 1/2 a cup is too small for an active adult unless it is eaten with yoghurt or fruit.
+ PROS: 5-Star health rating and low sugar content.
- CONS:Pity it cannot be bought in larger packets. I would have preferred more cinnamon in it - there was only a hint of cinnamon.
