Huggies are similar, but the other brands are no where near as good as Silk or Huggies so the question about was hard to answer correctly

Honestly huggies it the only baby wipe that you can use one wipe for a poo and not just be smearing it all over the place. I have had samples of these many times before and all I can say is if you have to still be giving you product away years after it came out then its probably not a very hodd product.
