OK these were different. We had burgers. The kawakawa added a nice subtle heat and it was ok. I think you have to cook them on a really low heat so it doesnt get tough.

Our family really enjoyed these burgers, we don’t normally buy items like this, but we will definitely consider purchasing these in the future. I added, feta, beetroot, and fresh baby spinach w/ a bit of mayo on bun to ours.

The paper stuck to the burger. Otherwise, great sized burgers, flavorsome and did not collapse / fall to pieces in the pan. Toasted Ciabatta bun, with mild garlic/salt butter, lettuce, tomatoes and, one with farmland streaky bacon topper. Too much for the 2 of us! Had 2 burgers left over (we would usually eat the lot!)
