In the question which asks you to rank factors that would influence a purchase in the future, I would have expected that ‘feel’ or ‘softness’ would in my opinion, have been one of the most important factors?! It’s feel, was in our opinion, what let the product down compared to other brands.

I’m someone that uses A LOT of tissues (I have lots of sinus issues) and I understand the idea behind this, however, alongside a runny nose, is usually runny eyes. I replaced my normal tissues with these ones and when wiping my eyes got a pretty severe burning sensation! Which makes sense now that I think about it – but I usually just get the plain versions for this reason. Also – I don’t want to be wiping chemicals/scents onto my nose. I look for the softest tissue option. I find the aloe vera ones are ok and don’t burn your eyes.

Im not sure about the green ! I loved the scent and how it worked and it was very strong ! But the green colour annoyed me – im thinking chemicals and it didnt go with my decor etc

I’m not a fan of the green tissue, I can understand why it would be good to have it coloured – so you can tell right away its fragranced, but I’m change obverse

I’m allergic to fragrance and as these didn’t say if they had essential oil scent or artificial perfume I wouldn’t use them on my skin, also there was virtually no smell anyway

If you were unwell, these tissues would work well, definitely a box of tissues when your snuffed up, but theyre not a tissue to casually grab when you need to blow your nose as they would burn your nostrils!

if only you focused some sustainable features in your ‘what do we want’.. flushable, wash proof tissues do not sound very good for the environment 🙁 big miss Sorbent!!!
