Stoneleigh Rapaura Series Pinot Gris

Rapaura series single-vineyard wines are made with the best parcels of fruit, from the best vineyards we have – to deliver the finest expression of the fruit and it’s terroir. This opulent, rich and ripe, fruit-filled and textural expression of marlborough pinot gris is no exception. The palate is full bodied and rich with long, lingering flavours leaving the palate with a lasting textural complexity. The wine has rich straw colours with yellow highlights. The nose is complex, warm and rich with aromas of poached pears and apple strudel, which lead to a palate complemented by honeyed pears and rich spicy notes. Serve slightly chilled on its own, or with delicate white meat or seafood dishes.
