This is delicious! It had a good texture, and easy to use. It’s nice to find something vegan that is different and so easy. Cooked as per instructions. Looks a bit of a weird colour, but I’m impressed.

I cooked this in a thai red curry as I would cook normal chicken.
Totally disintegrated, so the curry ended up being some weird sort of mince/mash.
Not very pleasant, although the taste is similar to chicken.
Either this product needs better cooking instructions (eg add the chicken bits after cooking) or it is not good enough and needs to be developed more.

I tasted this at a food show and it was delicious. I’m not vegan but I would buy this instead of chicken anytime.
