I chose to use this to make a carbonara pasta sauce to have with chicken. I found it was probably a bit too sour tasting for this. I would use it next time with salmon or something that needed a more sour/lemony type flavour.

I can’t believe I have never tried creme fraiche before! Definitely converted! Really like the packaging, size and think it is great value for money. I was excited to see that I can also buy mascarpone in a similar pack from the supermarket.
