I have seen this before but never tried it and it’s so handy being in a resealable bag! I love that it is recyclable and it was awesome as a layer in lasagne, making it so creamy and I also added some to butter chicken for that lovely soft creamy texture

I have never used Creme Fraiche in any of my cooking or baking so had to research how to use it, but it was a great product, lovely tasting. i used in both a savoury and sweet dish. resealable packet was fantastic, was easy to pour out too. Love the branding on the packet, but found the side inflated part an bit strange and couldn’t figure out what it was for?
