I use creme fresh to make quiches – I also use it for dessserts. The Tatua creme fraiche is smooth and super delicious.

I really tried to open the ‘easy open’ package but I ended up cutting a small hole to get it out. Tasty though – much prefer to cream with dessert because of tangy flavour
