I usually use sour cream. I had a couple of recipes that used cream fraiche so I tried one and it was great!

I used this in a mushroom sauce it had a lovely texture and made it thick and creamy. Beautiful tangy full. Flavour which would compliment both sweet or savoury. Love the new sealable packet definitely would purchase

I used this in a lemon cheesecake filling and it was divine!! Super creamy and added a lovely texture to the filling. I don’t often make food that requires creme fraiche, however if I do, I will be purchasing Tatua.
