I’ve seen Jamie Oliver use this often. Always assumed it was expensive but to my utter delight it’s in the price range of other cream etc. The taste is unbelievably good and it thickens sauces better than regular cream without having to add flour/corn flour as a thickener. Absolutely one of my best products received in a black box. Telling EVERYONE about it and their feedback is also very positive=also new buyers of Tatua Creme Fraiche.

I’ve never cooked with crème fraiche before so had no idea what to do. I went on their website and found the most amazing recipe for mustard chicken. We loved it! Will definitely be hui g crème fraiche again just for that recipe!

I’d prefer the 250ml package. Same with sour cream. Problem was couldn’t buy at countdown. Don’t like 500ml -too big.

I wouldn’t usually buy it but seeing as I had it i made something special from it which was fun and new and delicious I don’t know how it compares to other brands but the packaging is good which is a bonus. Fits nicely in the fridge

I would really like to know what the air pouch on the side of the packet is for? Also, I found there was too much information on the reverse of the packaging to be bothered to read it. I made a chicken creme fraiche meal for my four boys and three of them just ‘liked’ it, one thought it was disgusting, but my partner and I personally really liked it. I still have half the packet left so will make it again for us. I also will try making a dessert in the future.
