More people need to know that you can use this in place of cream! I add a bit of vanilla sugar and use instead of cream with cakes etc

Messy to reseal. Get left over product on fingers. Didn’t get through all of it. Too much in the packet.

Made the recipe in the booklet. Was very nice. Also checked out the recipes on the website and was very impressed. There is a cake I’m going to make on there. Great to try some foods I don’t commonly use.
