A little firmer than other sour creams I’ve had, but I could get used to that. Holds its shape better and doesn’t go runny so easily on hot food as a result.

A great sour cream but the pack is way too large for normal every day use. Would buy this size if I was making a Sour Cream based dessert, or having a LOT of people over for nachos or chips and dip, which doesn’t happen all that often.
