Really light flavour and good consistency. Worked perfect in mashed kumara patties as a binder as well as on the side as a dip. The resealing pack was a good idea, however because of the thickness of the sour cream it was quite messy to reseal.

Really enjoyed this thought it would go gross before we could finish but resealable pack works and kept it fresh and nice. Usually buy small pots which don’t seal and end up throwing out. Will be switching to this
