We loved the thick sour cream. It was delicious. There was perhaps a little too much for our family to eat within the timeframe from opening so if there was a smaller pack available that would be good.

We have started substituting sour cream in dishes with greek yoghurt, which is something we always have in the fridge. However, in some dishes it doesn’t substitute well and would definitely consider Tatua. Very long fridge life!!! Not sure how this works.

We don’t use sour cream. But I did make a cheesecake and used the Tatua sour cream. It turned out great and would buy again when baking.
