Too much packaging. I had to beef it up with other greens. Didn’t include any of the elements that make a caesar salad great with the exception being the dressing perhaps. If I was making a caesar salad myself I would use whole cos lettuce not this horrible chopped up iceberg. I don’t understand the point of a kit like this. Would personally always prefer to make from scratch.
