Serves 3-4. Ready in 2 minutes.
Washed and ready to enjoy, just toss all the components of the coleslaw kit together and enjoy, a sachet of dressing is included.
Try this coleslaw alongside pan-fried tofu, grilled salmon, tuna or chicken. Or for a complete salad meal drain a can of tuna and flake it through the coleslaw.

Really liked the Japanese Miso Kit. Was in a hurry as usual and threw together a rotisserie chicken and this salad. Yum! Done in two minutes and great taste. All would eat it again.
