Serves 3-4. Ready in 2 minutes.
Washed and ready to enjoy, just toss all the components of the coleslaw kit together and enjoy, a sachet of dressing is included.
Try this coleslaw alongside pan-fried tofu, grilled salmon, tuna or chicken. Or for a complete salad meal drain a can of tuna and flake it through the coleslaw.

This is a really tasty kit, however I would recommend using it all in one go, as when we tried to use the last half of the bag the day after opening it, it was all slimy.
