Serves 3-4. Ready in 2 minutes.
Washed and ready to enjoy, just toss all the components of the coleslaw kit together and enjoy, a sachet of dressing is included.
For a complete meal, try tossing some chopped, cooked chicken through this coleslaw, with or without peanuts (tofu also works well). This coleslaw is also great in a Banh mi style roll with meat and pate.

Fresh ingredients and easy to prepare so certainly a quick and easy meal. Flavors were good but prefer some of the other branded pre-prepared salads we have of similar flavor bases. A good value option for those looking for a quick and easy meal for all the family.
