I love that this product makes brown rice convenient, quick to cook, and turns out perfect everytime. I used to buy this product for these reasons but now I have become more conscious re the packaging that is wasted each time I have a serve of rice and goes to landfill.

I love how after following the instructions the rice was cooked through evenly, other ready to heat rice products can be chewy in places.

I liked the mixed rice, but the pack had a slightly unusual flavour- I’ve associated it with being processed. I don’t buy convenience foods if I can help it, purely because of the packaging. Cooking dried rice isn’t difficult.
