I really enjoyed this! I microwaved it and then gave it a quick ‘toast’ to crisp up the filo on our sandwich maker (just didn’t put the lid down and turned it instead) and this was really successful! Loved the flavour and polished it off before I even remembered or thought to take a pic!!

+ PROS: Easy to heat, great flavour.
- CONS: Don't know what the price is yet, but if reasonable, would definitely buy these in future.

I admit I was sceptical about trying this at first, I’m not a fan of eggplant or courgette. However I’m so glad I did! It was flavourful and had lots of filling.

+ PROS: Flavourful Filled with filling
- CONS: Would recommend you heat in the oven for a crispy exterior.

This was really tasty and arrived just in time for lunch!

+ PROS: Really tasty and satisfying!
- CONS: The instructions say it can be microwaved or heated in the oven it was very soggy after a microwave so needed to be finished off in the oven.

Super flavourful. I regret sharing with my husband. Will definitely keep an eye out for them on our next shop.

+ PROS: Plant based - I’m not vegetarian or vegan but trying to eat less meat so this is a great option. Great flavours.
- CONS: Like any pastry it’s best in the oven which adds to prep time but that’s not really an issue given how much time we’re spending at home at the moment!
