Great home made fresh taste! We eat English muffins a bit and even the kids noticed the difference and said these are way yummier than our usual brand. Great work lunch too. We’ve had these a few times now with scrambled eggs, or as an egg and bacon sandwich and taken to work for lunch with cream cheese and tomato all very yummy!

These muffins were light and fluffy as other english muffins are with the savoury taste of olive oil and sea salt. I found them a good base for scrambled eggs but couldn’t use them for strawberry jam!

Made eggs Benedict using these English muffins. Which tasted great but wouldn’t want to have them plain as the sea salt taste could be over powering
We loved the lovely subtle natural flavours of these muffins. We toasted ours and then they made a lovely base for individual pizza muffins that we put in the oven. We made a Mediterranean style pizza (which went great with the muffin flavours) and also a meat lovers style pizza. They have a really great flavour and we will certainly be re-buying these again.
