These muffins were delicious, and exactly the right consistency. They felt like a sophisticated step up from ‘regular’ English muffins, and the taste profile would be delicious with all sorts of savoury dishes. I opted for salmon, cream cheese and capers first, then tried them with avocado, pesto and spinach. I will be adding these to my shopping list, for sure.
