Toasted these for eggs Benedict. Delicious.
One of the muffins was mouldy though/-otherwise really good. Would suggest freezing if not able to use within a ciyple days.

Toasted these, cut them into strips and added to a cheese platter with hummus – Would definitely be a crowd pleaser if you were to take for a shared lunch/dinner. We brought another packet and had with tomato/marmite and cheese. Highly recommend. Nice and soft, and the taste is different but subtle – kind of like a flash version of a regular muffin.

Really enjoyed these! Not a huge difference in flavour to the standard English muffin but a bit more salty so better for a savoury topping! Tasted awesome with tomatoes, and also made a great bacon and egg muffin!
