Fantastic breakfast muffin or any time muffin! Would even be good with some choc hazelnut spread! I had mine with bacon and eggs and my partner added some Whitlock and sons caramelised onion relish too!

I enjoyed the flavour of these – subtle and versatile. However I found them difficult to cut in half – messier and crumblier than any other muffin split I have tried before.
