You know it was so soft and delicious as a sandwich and for toast, I even made asparagus rolls and perfect every time – well done Tip Top. I actually saved the last few slices to see just how fresh it was after the use by date and guess what 2 days after it was still as fresh as day 1 (plus even better in this humidity there was no mould). Win win!
